Asby was drawn to the medical field by her mother, also in aesthetics. Her mother has been an esthetician for over 20 years and growing up, Asby was inspired by her mother’s impact in people’s lives and confidence. She loved learning from her mother, and this led her to pursue a long-standing career in medical aesthetics, helping people look and feel their very best!

Asby earned her bachelor’s degree in the Science of Nursing from Point Loma Nazarene University before earning her master’s as a Nurse Practitioner from University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining La Jolla Cosmetic Medical Spa, Asby spent the last 9 years in the aesthetic field as a nursing assistant and aesthetic nurse injector.

Outside of the Office  

Beyond work, she enjoys pilates, hot yoga, and exploring local markets. With a love for creativity and learning, she engages in various creative home and gardening projects in her free time. In addition to her medical expertise, she has a keen interest in learning about other cultures, traveling, the roaring 20’s, music by Fleetwood Mac, country music, and indulging in cupcakes and salt & straw ice cream.
