Madison Gauthier, Patient Care Coordinator, Carlsbad

Madison’s smiling face is the first thing you’ll see when you step into our Carlsbad Med Spa. She’s been assisting our patients and making sure their experience is as pleasant as possible since joining the team at the beginning of 2024.

It’s hard for Madison to choose her favorite part of being a Patient Care Coordinator. She loves how many people she gets to meet, enjoys building relationships with patients, and adores who she gets to work with every day. She firmly believes in the adage that people won’t remember what you looked like or what you wore, but they’ll remember how you made them feel!

After high school, Madison took her love for science and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiology before getting her esthetician license. While she fell in love with the aesthetics industry, she quickly discovered that she preferred administrative work and patient education aspects of it more than performing the treatments herself.

If Madison wasn’t welcoming patients to La Jolla Cosmetic Medical Spa and ensuring they had a great experience, she would likely open a restaurant. She loves working in the service industry and thinks that would be a fun way to continue helping people.

When she’s not gracing our medical spa with her friendly smile and fun personality, Madison spends her free time working on DIY projects in her garage or cuddled up on her couch with her cat and a good book.

If she had a month completely to herself, Madison would travel to Italy or Canada. She has already visited Peru and hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu!
