Juliana’s journey into the field of customer service began with her passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she thrives on providing exceptional care and support to patients, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and efficiency. If she weren’t in this role, Juliana envisions herself fully immersed in nursing school, pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse.

Juliana is currently working on her prerequisites for nursing school, demonstrating her commitment to furthering her education and expanding her skills in the healthcare field. Her dedication to learning and growth is evident in her pursuit of a full-time nursing program, where she aims to deepen her knowledge and expertise to better serve her patients.

Outside of work, Juliana enjoys spending quality time with her friends and her son. You can often find her at pilates classes, staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. If given a month to herself, she would love to travel through Europe, exploring new cultures and experiences.
